Pricing: $500 – $900 (based on guest count) Our Day-of Coordination package is designed to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy every moment. Here's what's included:- One in-person planning meeting prior to the wedding (optional), plus ongoing support via phone, text, or email
- Assistance during the rehearsal
- Full setup and decorating of the ceremony and reception spaces
- Access to Applewood Farms décor items, in addition to your own decorations
- Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors on the day of the wedding
- Help with table layout and seating arrangements
- Organize and space the processional line-up
- Keep the timeline on track and direct events throughout the day
- Handle any last-minute issues that may arise
- Carefully box up all personal décor items at the end of the night

What is the Capacity of the Venue?
Applewood Farms can comfortably accommodate 180 guests.
Are we required to use your preferred vendors?
No, you can select the vendors of your choice at no additional cost, except for a certified bartender. We have approved bartender list for you to contact and hire from.
What are the hours the venue is available for an event?
Our venue is available for guest between 9:00 am and 11:00 pm.
Is there an indoor ceremony option?
Yes, we have space available for an indoor ceremony.
