Day of Coordinating
We offer Day of Coordinating starting at $500- One in person meeting prior to wedding (if desired) for planning and phone/text/email access to coordinator for ongoing planning
- Assistance at rehearsal
- Full set-up and decorating for the ceremony and reception
- Use of any Applewood Farms décor items in addition to your decor
- Point person for all vendors the day of
- Assist in table layout and seating arrangements
- Box up all personal decorations at the end of the night
- Direct events and keep the wedding flowing on schedule
- Help organize and space processional line-up
- Assist with any last-minute issues that may arise

What is the Capacity of the Venue?
Applewood Farms can accomodate for 250 guests.
Are we required to use your preferred vendors?
No, you can select the vendors of your choice at no additional cost! We do require a certified bartender, recommendations are available.
What are the hours the venue is available for an event?
Our venue is available for guest between 9:00 am and 11:00 pm.
Is there an indoor ceremony option?
Yes, we have space available for an indoor ceremony.
